How to Apply

Surface Preparation:- Ensure the surface is clean, level, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles. Rough or uneven areas should be repaired before application.

Mixing:- Mix 25 kg of Fixcem Plus powder with 6–7 liters of clean water. Use a slow-speed mixer to form a smooth, lump-free paste. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes and remix before use.

Application:- Spread the adhesive on the surface using a notched trowel. Cover only as much area as can be tiled within 10–15 minutes.

Tile Fixing:- Press the tile firmly into position with a slight twisting motion. Ensure full contact between tile and adhesive bed.

Alignment & Adjustment:- Adjust tiles within 10 minutes of placement for perfect alignment. Remove excess adhesive immediately.

Curing:- Allow the surface to set undisturbed for at least 24 hours before grouting or light traffic.
